Thank you for shopping with Port Pass Travel. We work with trusted production and fulfillment partners to create and ship many of our products. Because many items are made to order, shipping works a little differently than with traditional retailers.

1. Made-to-Order Production

Many of our products are created only after an order is placed. This print-on-demand process helps reduce waste and overproduction while allowing us to offer a growing collection of travel-inspired products.

Orders typically require several business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, and seasonal demand.

2. Shipping Time

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected or provided through the marketplace where your order was placed.

Actual delivery times vary based on factors including:

  • Your shipping destination
  • The carrier selected
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak shopping seasons and holidays
  • Production demand

Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout or on marketplace listings are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Free Shipping

Many Port Pass Travel products include free standard shipping. If expedited shipping is available for a particular product or marketplace, any additional shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through the marketplace or storefront where your order was placed.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

5. Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities or shipped separately. In these cases, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

6. Shipping Delays

While we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to production demand, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing (where applicable), holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience should unexpected delays occur.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Port Pass Travel is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

8. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders should generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery or, for lost shipments, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may request photographs or other information to help review the claim.

9. Marketplace Orders

Port Pass Travel products may be available through our own storefront as well as third-party marketplaces including Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Faire, Printful, Amazon, Walmart, Storenvy, TikTok Shop, and others.

Shipping methods, estimated delivery dates, notifications, tracking, and related services may vary depending on the platform through which your order was placed. If marketplace-specific shipping policies differ from this policy, the marketplace's applicable terms may govern your order.
