Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Port Pass Travel. We want you to be happy with your order and will do our best to help resolve any product issue.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Many Port Pass Travel products are made using a print-on-demand process. This means your item is created especially for you after your order is placed, rather than being held in inventory.

Because products are made on demand, production and delivery may take a little longer than traditional in-stock retail. This process helps reduce waste and overproduction.

2. Return Window

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For packages believed to be lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not in line with reasonably expected quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other details needed to evaluate the claim.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

4. Buyer’s Remorse and General Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar reasons unless the marketplace or platform where the order was placed requires otherwise.

If a return is accepted for a non-defective item, the buyer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by the platform or applicable law.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, reshipment, refund, or additional shipping charge may apply.

6. Cancellations

Because made-to-order products may be sent to production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or order changes will be available.

If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

7. Free Shipping

Port Pass Travel may offer free shipping on eligible orders. If a return is accepted for reasons other than damage, defect, or our error, the buyer may still be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the marketplace or required by law.

8. Marketplace Orders

Port Pass Travel products may be sold through our own storefront as well as third-party marketplaces such as Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Faire, Printful, Amazon, Walmart, Storenvy, TikTok Shop, or other platforms.

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, your order may also be subject to that platform’s return, refund, cancellation, shipping, and dispute policies. If a marketplace policy differs from this policy, the marketplace’s required terms may control your order.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued back to the original payment method through the platform where the order was placed.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or marketplace platform.

To request help with an order, please contact us and include your order number, the platform where you purchased, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
